How I Work

My approach is calm, supportive, and completely tailored to you. I meet you where you are — whether you’re new to movement, returning after time off, managing pain or injury, or simply wanting to move with more confidence.

Sessions are never intimidating. There’s no pressure to “push harder” or keep up. We work at a pace that feels safe, sustainable, and right for your body.

What sessions can include

​Sessions are fully personalised and may include a blend of:

  • Yoga (including Vinyasa, Hatha, restorative or calming practices)

  • Strength training using weights, dumbbells, or bodyweight

  • Mobility and joint health work

  • Hybrid yoga and strength sessions

  • Support alongside physiotherapy exercises or rehabilitation plans

  • Breathwork, relaxation, and stress regulation

Who These Sessions Are For

These sessions are especially suited to you if:

  • You’re new to exercise and want to learn proper form safely

  • You want to build confidence before joining group classes or a gym

  • You’ve been given exercises by a physio and want support using them correctly

  • You’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and want a more supportive approach

  • You are looking to future proof your body

  • You want strength and mobility without pressure or overwhelm

You don’t need to be fit. You don’t need experience. You just need a willingness to start where you are.

A Supportive, Inclusive Space

I’m neurodiversity-aware and inclusive in my teaching. Sessions are adapted to your needs, energy levels, and how you process information. My priority is that you feel safe, supported, and comfortable in your body.

This is a space where you can ask questions, take breaks, and move in a way that feels genuinely good for you.

  • In a gym setting
