Why Work with me
With over seven years’ experience delivering well-being support within a corporate pharmaceutical environment, I understand the real pressures of the working day. I’ve led stretch and wellbeing sessions for corporate teams, including delivery at a workplace development festival at GSK.
I’m a qualified yoga teacher and certified personal trainer, with experience across gyms, studios, and one-to-one settings. Sessions are practical, inclusive, and designed to support both mental and physical well-being without disrupting productivity.
